New basics

Tras todo un otoño buscando los botines perfectos, (y en tentativa de mis adorados -e imposibles- Acne) por fin los encontré! Estos son de Mango, comodísimos y pegan con todo.

Being incapable to afford a pair of my beloved Acne booties, I´ve just found the perfect ones: from Mango! They´re really comfortable and fit with my whole closet:).

A partir de conceptos, imágenes que os gusten y que me digáis, yo iré haciéndolo y consultándoos poco a poco para que tengáis un header estupendo. Ojeando los últimos posts de streetstyle, cualquiera se da cuenta de que últimamente vienen pisando fuerte las prendas más felinas. Collage vintage nos hacía una muy buena selección de jerséis con cabezas de animales, y aunque me gustan, prefiero camisetas como éstas:

Catching up with last streetstyle posts, anyone can realise of the strong trend of animal garments. Collage vintage did a great selection of animal sweaters, but I prefer tees like these:

Beware of my tee!

Entre los símbolos siniestros, la calavera es uno de esos iconos por excelencia. Estandarte del temor que infundían los piratas o del espíritu fantasmagórico de los románticos, en moda ha pasado desapercibido hasta que diseñadores lo han dado la vuelta. Diseñadores como Alexander McQueen, marca que lo convirtió en su sella de identidad. Desde entonces ha dejado de ser exclusivo y actualmente decora todo tipo de prendas y complementos, como la joyería de Patricia Nicolás.

Among sinister symbols, skull is the main icon. Banner of the fear caused by pirates or the phantasmagoric spirit of romanticism, it has kept a low profile in fashion until designers have changed this. Thanks to artists like Alexander McQueen, skulls aren´t exclusive anymore and right know they are used in all kind of garments and complements, like the jewellery by Patricia Nicolás.
